Scalar Residence, Kartal Project aims to create a unidirectional residential tower over a retail plinth inside a triangle shaped parcel in order to maximize the views of the apartments. Also, the perspectives from the streets around the triangle parcel does not give a sharp and undefined edge because of the ellipse shape. In every floor, the rotation of the balconies which located at four corners of the tower creates a dynamic facade.
