ENG: In 2024, as E.V.A., we designed a series of concept projects across various scales and functions for different clients. While some are still in the development phase and others are under construction, Marmaris Villas stands out as one of the most exciting.

This nine unique homes in a private residential complex, set between a dense forest and a panoramic sea view. Inspired by a nearby ancient city, the design reinterprets the simplicity of early human dwellings—cave-like spaces shaped by nature—while incorporating modern luxury and comfort.

The architecture is carefully integrated into the rocky terrain, with sculptural slabs that follow the natural topography. The use of textured cladding enhances the connection between the building and its surroundings, making it feel like an organic extension of the landscape. Large openings and terraces maximize views and natural light, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

A defining feature of the house is its pool, which starts inside the building, providing a shaded and sheltered area before extending outward toward the sea. This design not only enhances the sense of tranquility but also creates a striking visual connection between the house and the horizon.

With four levels, the residence is designed to accommodate different functions and users, offering a variety of spaces for relaxation, socializing, and privacy. Each level interacts differently with the landscape, reinforcing a sense of connection to nature. This project is more than just a home—it is a carefully designed living experience where architecture, nature, and contemporary elegance come together in perfect balance.
