The project proposes a fully integrated and new form of urban development: the Aerocentric model. This concept acknowledges that the airport has and will drastically shape the economic activity of our planet. By merging logistics with a variety of mixed use development, this allows for rapid urbanization and economic growth to the surrounding area in a sustainable and manageable system
