Erbil Global City Modern Masterplan The client demanded a vision of a new development which would contain around 4000 villas, offices, shopping, and other life necessities within an overall strategic plan. In the center of the plan will be a financial district that wil have tower typology office buildings. The design tries to synthesize modern life demands into Middle Eastern urban design principals, such as central planning, clustered urban texture, courtyard housing, narrow circulation streets, and other sustainable traditions.
